Grape harvest method : Hand picked in the early hours of the morning and transported immediatelyto the Wine Factory.
Production tecnique : Pressing and immediate separation of the must from the skin for one part whilst the other part, is left for a short time in cold maceration and then pressed to obtain the must.
Sparkling method : Charmat Lungo method at a low temperature to bring out the maximum characteristics of the final product
