Cookie Policy

Extended Cookie Notice

Cookies consist of portions of code installed within the browser that assist the Data Controller in providing the service according to the purposes described. Some of the purposes for installing Cookies may also require User consent.

Technical and Aggregate Statistical Cookies

Activities Strictly Necessary for Operation

This Application uses Cookies to save the User's session and to perform other activities strictly necessary for its operation, for example in relation to traffic distribution.

Activities for Saving Preferences, Optimization and Statistics

This Application uses Cookies to save browsing preferences and optimize the User's browsing experience. Among these Cookies are, for example, those for setting language and currency or for managing statistics by the Website Owner.

Other Types of Cookies or Third-Party Tools That Might Use Them

Some of the services listed below collect statistics in aggregate form and may not require User consent or may be managed directly by the Data Controller – depending on what is described – without the assistance of third parties. If among the tools indicated below there are services managed by third parties, these may – in addition to what is specified and even without the Data Controller's knowledge – perform User tracking activities. For detailed information in this regard, it is recommended to consult the privacy policies of the listed services.

Anonymous Statistics (Rybbit)

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and serve to track User behavior in a completely anonymous way.

Rybbit (Self-Hosted)

This Application uses a self-hosted instance of Rybbit, web analytics software that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable personal data. Since the software is hosted directly on the Controller's servers (in the EU), analytics data is not shared with third parties nor does it leave the Controller's control infrastructure. IP addresses are anonymized before being saved. Personal data collected: Anonymous Usage Data. Processing location: EU (Controller's Servers).

Displaying content from external platforms

These services allow you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and interact with them.

OpenStreetMap Widget (OpenStreetMap Project)

OpenStreetMap is a map visualization service provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. This Application integrates maps through official OpenStreetMap servers. The service does not use profiling or commercial tracking cookies. Servers may log minimal technical data (such as the IP address and the technical cookie `qos_token`) based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1f GDPR) for security, abuse prevention, and service optimization (rate limiting). Personal Data collected: Usage Data (IP). Processing location: United Kingdom and Netherlands.

How Can I Control the Installation of Cookies?

In addition to what is indicated in this document, the User can manage preferences relating to Cookies directly within their own browser and prevent – for example – third parties from installing them. Through browser preferences it is also possible to delete Cookies installed in the past, including the Cookie in which consent to the installation of Cookies by this site may have been saved. It is important to note that by disabling all Cookies, the operation of this site may be compromised. The User can find information on how to manage Cookies in their browser at the following addresses: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Windows Explorer. In the case of services provided by third parties, the User can also exercise their right to object to tracking by informing themselves through the third party's privacy policy, via the opt out link if explicitly provided, or by contacting them directly. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Data Controller informs the User that they can use Your Online Choices. Through this service it is possible to manage the tracking preferences of most advertising tools.

Data Controller

Cantina di Venosa Since the installation of Cookies and other tracking systems operated by third parties through the services used within this Application cannot be technically controlled by the Data Controller, any specific reference to Cookies and tracking systems installed by third parties is to be considered indicative. To obtain complete information, consult the privacy policy of any third-party services listed in this document.
