White from Malvasia in purity, fragrant and immediate. Early manual harvesting, stainless steel vinification at controlled temperature to enhance aromatic intensity without weighting. Fruity nose with herbaceous reflections; on the palate is fresh, soft and delicate, with a slight final bitter typical of the variety. Great with fish appetizers, crustaceans and risottos.
