Young grappa, of monovitigno Moscato bianco di Basilicata, whose marc are transported immediately into distillery, as soon as they are peeled.

Distillation
Distilled with continuous and discontinuous alembic bath-maria, preferring the cleaning of the distillate, according to the method Da Ponte.
Olfactory sensations
intense, aromatic and persistent, with the characteristic fragrances of the vine of origin; slight hint of vine trajectory.
Tasting sensations
It is soft, warm and intriguing to the palate, with final calls of white flowers.
