Fermentations in small containers and in barrique for six months discover a modern style: ripe dark fruit, well dosed vanilla, white pepper, tobacco and toasted notes. The name recalls balance and precision: the palate is full and soft, with fine tannins and long tasty tail. Versatile in combinations of Mediterranean cuisine.
