White character that combines steel and barrique to enhance the Greek of Basilicata. The aromatic profile is solar: peach and apricot yellow, sage and Mediterranean herbs, with mineral vein of volcanic origin. In the mouth is fresh, savoury and persistent, with a clean and inviting finish. Excellent with fresh fish, risottos and cheeses; ideal at 10–12°C to express precision and breadth without losing momentum.
