Homage to the prince-musician of Venosa, is a pure Aglianico with a deep and vibrant profile. The vinification in horizontal rotary fermentations and aging in oak enhance fruit and spice: black cherry, blackberry, plum, notes of pepper and mild vanilla. Dry and velvety back, of great density and balance. Perfect with structured dishes and cheeses, it already offers pleasure but promises further harmony with a few years of bottle.
