Basilicata Malvasia with a fragrant and immediate profile, vinified entirely in low temperature steel to enhance aromatic intensity and cleanliness. The bouquet is rich and fruity, with hints of white peach, citrus fruits, flowers and mild herbs; on the palate is fresh and delicate, with a light finish, typical of the variety. Ideal on appetizers, risottos and crustaceans, serve 10–12°C.
