Bright rose obtained after short maceration, with fermentation between 15–18°C to preserve aromatic finesse. The rhyme color anticipates aromas of cherry and small red fruits; in the mouth is fresh and linear, well balanced, with snappy closure that invites to the sip. Versatile at the table: appetizers, soups, risottos and fresh cheeses; perfect at 12°C.
