Vignali line dedicated to the expressiveness of Aglianico in purity: fermentation in small containers, calibrated maceration and aging in oak for ten months followed by three months in bottle. The olfactory profile intertwines currants and spicy notes; on the palate is dry, wise and persistent, with tannins measured. Ideal with roasts, first Mediterranean and game; service temperature 16–18°C.
