White IGP of contemporary cutting that combines Chardonnay, Greco and Malvasia. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel between 15–18°C to preserve aromatic brilliance. The nose is fruity and wide; in a fresh and soft mouth, with a slight hint of the finish that invokes another sip. Perfect with sea appetizers, risottos and crustaceans; serve at 10–12°C.
