The Peranzana variety gives a low acidity oil with a high content of chlorophyll and carotene. From the emerald green colour and medium fruity taste, Peranzana stands out from other autochthonous cultivars, for low yields and for long storage capacity. In addition to giving an oil of great quality and balance, Peranzana olive can also be consumed as table olive.
